Yes. We regularly process jobs that include mild steel, structural steel, aluminum, galvanized, and stainless in the same run. Each material goes through the correct prep sequence for its surface chemistry — we don't run a one-size-fits-all process across mixed loads.

Galvanized parts go through an outgassing cycle before coating to prevent off-gassing during cure. This is a standard part of our process for galvanized, not an exception — we account for it in scheduling so it doesn't affect your turnaround.

The main constraints are cure temperature tolerance and part geometry that prevents adequate grounding. If you're running a material or profile you're unsure about, send us specs before drop-off and we'll confirm compatibility and flag any process modifications upfront.

Parts requiring surface profile go through wet abrasive blasting before chemical prep. Weld spatter and heavy contamination are addressed before the chemical process begins — coating over either is not something we do. If a part arrives in a condition that would compromise the finish, we flag it before it enters the line.

Any scope change that affects process, materials, or timeline is confirmed with you before we proceed. We don't absorb undisclosed changes into a fixed quote without flagging the impact first.

We provide ASTM testing and job reports for contracts requiring documented quality compliance. If your project has specific documentation requirements, bring them to intake — we'll confirm what we can provide before the job starts.
