Metal fabrication often comes before surface preparation and powder coating. If a part needs structural repair, modification, reinforcement, or a custom-built component, fabrication is completed first to ensure proper fit and strength.

Once fabrication and welding are finished, the part moves into surface preparation — typically sandblasting or media blasting — to remove weld scale, contaminants, and oxidation. After blasting, the surface is properly cleaned and prepared for powder coating.

By handling fabrication, surface prep, and powder coating in one facility, we ensure welds are properly cleaned, edges are finished correctly, and the final coating bonds to a clean, consistent surface. This integrated process improves durability, appearance, and long-term corrosion resistance.
